Bribery sans taxation is the new Indian way

In the aftermath of the much-hyped Anna Hazare stir, India has not only legitimised corruption but also made the monies received in bribes tax-free. Of course, conditions apply. One, the bribe-giver has to be from the ruling establishment, headed by the Congress. Second, the graft beneficiaries should be Lok Sabha members.
