Take bull by the horns, appear before PAC, Sandeep Dikshit wrote to PM

Claiming that only Prime Minister Manmohan Singh or Congress president Sonia Gandhi had the “credibility” to change the public mood against the government, Congress MP Sandeep Dikshit had suggested, in December last year, that the Prime Minister take the “bull by the horns” and offer to appear before the Public Accounts Committee probing the 2G spectrum scam then.
