Mamata on a roll: Wins bypolls, Singur land Act

It was a triple victory for West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday. Mamata won the bypoll from Bhowanipore by a huge margin, her party Trinamool Congress wrested Basirhat North from CPI(M), and the Calcutta High Court upheld the Singur Land Rehabilitation & Development Act, 2011 as Constitutional and valid.
