Make chiefs of CVC, CBI lokpal members

With heads of vigilance watchdog CVC and premier investigation agency CBI concerned about loss of autonomy and a division of their organisations under Lokpal, a proposal to make the chiefs of both organisations members of the proposed anti-corruption ombudsman may address misgivings.
