Rs 32/ day BPL figures trigger NAC infighting

Deep fissures have appeared in the Sonia Gandhi-led National Advisory Council on the issue of Planning Commission’s figures on BPL with Aruna Roy flaying the Government for lacking empathy to poor by fixing Rs 32 per day as below poverty line (BPL) and NC Saxena defending the plan panel.
