Wiki: China helping Pak upgrade its missiles

In activities reminiscent of the 1980s when Pakistan illegally obtained centrifuges, procuring steel, ring magnets and a range of banned items through the now-infamous A Q Khan network, the latest tranche of WikiLeaks cables reveals that much the same is continuing between Pakistan and China — the objective now is to add to the sophistication of delivery systems.
