Adarsh scam: Another blow for Ashok Chavan?

Kanhaiyalal Gidwani, one of the chief promoters of the Adarsh CHS, has revealed that the decision to include civilians was finalised in a meeting headed by the then revenue minister Ashok Chavan in 2000.
