This double-talk can recoil on government

With Anna’s fast entering its seventh day and no signs of either the agitation tiring out of steam on the government adopting a conciliatory approach, time appears to be running out before the situation reaches a flashpoint. Yet it is unfortunate that both the Congress Party and the government that it leads continue to remain in a state of myopia instead of showing either willingness or capacity to evolve a workable solution to the deadlock.
