China 'overbearing' in maritime rows: white paper

Japan is worried about the "overbearing" tack China is taking in maritime disputes with its neighbors and Beijing should be more cooperative in dealing with regional and global concerns, the Defense Ministry said in its annual white paper Tuesday.
