India says Pakistan has no legal basis to convert Gilgit-Baltistan region as fifth province

India on Thursday said that Pakistan has no legal basis to convert Pakistan-occupied Kashmir's Gilgit-Baltistan region as its fifth province and the action will be "void ab initio".
