BJP manifesto, a blueprint for governance

We seem to lay too much emphasis on the instant moment. These days, any breaking news must have a battery of instant comments and reactions. When the much-awaited BJP manifesto was released this Monday, most commentators, including myself, succumbed to the 'immediate reaction syndrome', without having the opportunity to analyse the 52-page document. Post the initial frenzy and having got down to the details, i believe this manifesto is a fine piece of work.
