Lokpal search flawed? Many Judges join cause with Nariman

Several sitting and retired Supreme Court Judges have expressed concern at the manner in which the process of appointment of judges to Lokpal is being handled, adding to the pile of troubles surrounding the birth of the anti-graft body.  At least five judges — three serving and two retired — have expressed dismay at the prospect of judges having to apply for positions to the watchdog that will supervise the CBI and the Central Vigilance Commission.
