Rais Khan on Gulberg Society case

Rais Khan, once the right hand man of Teesta Setalvad who became a co-petitioner with Zakia Jafri in filing an FIR against Narendra Modi in the Gulberg Society case told me during the course of interview that Teesta had first tried to rope in Haren Pandya’s father for filing the complaint against Narendra Modi and 62 others that Zakia Jafri came to ultimately lodge in 2006 leading to the constitution of the SIT by the Supreme Court of India to inquire into the role of Modi and 62 others for being complicit in the riots of 2002.
