UPA stalling Darbha carnage report?

Now that the Chhattisgarh Assembly elections are over, the truth about the Darbha Ghati massacre may come out in the open.The NIA has completed its probe in the bloody Naxal attack that claimed the entire leadership of the State Congress in May. The probe agency has, however, not filed a charge sheet in the case under the reported direction of the Centre, which was worried about the political fallout of setting in motion a legal process in the midst of electioneering.
