Annihilation of political rivals is as old as Lenin
Since the time of VI Lenin, the founder of the Soviet Union, communists had made expropriation - their jargon for annihilating political enemies - a regular policy, with a routine declaration that expropriation is not approved by the party. Young Joseph Stalin had made a name in Georgia as an expert in this business and Lenin brought him to Moscow as member of the central committee, because of this 'feat.' They organised a secret committee of three members known as the Technical Committee with a secret agenda.
