Interlocutors' report: Nothing but a sleight of hand

Almost a year after Dileep Padgaonkar, M M Ansari and Radha Kumar submitted their report to the Union home ministry, a report that the Cabinet committee on security didn't think was worth its while, has made its way to the MHA website. The government's reluctance to make public a report commissioned by its own appointees was understandable: for many, it was an exercise in futility.
