Moment of reckoning for Pakistan

Matters are coming to a head in Pakistan. The deadlock in US-Pak relations over resumption of the NATO pipeline and condoning drone attacks is veering towards a confrontation. And the confrontation between a parliament-government led by the PPP and a Supreme Court-opposition led by Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry is edging towards a clash. The net losers, as a consequence, are fated to be Pakistan's fledgling democracy and stumbling economy.
