BJP attacks Congs quota communalism

A heated war of words erupted over Congresss sub-manifesto promising to work towards a 4.5% quota for backward Muslims in OBC reservations with BJP slamming the proposal as a desperate bid to garner votes and Congress saying it has a right to consider the demand.
