1962 debacle revisited: Blast from the past courtesy Henderson-Brooks and Bhagat

When the mainstream media carried the news item on the morning of March 18 about the so-called “release” in the public domain of the Henderson-Brooks Report co-authored by Lt General TB Henderson-Brooks and Brigadier (later Lt. General) PS Bhagat, Victoria Cross (hereafter referred to as the HBB Report), it could not possibly have been happy tidings for the current ruling dispensation in India and the country’s self-annointed First Family.
