How Kejriwal played to a script on Jan Lokpal

Aam Aadmi Party: desh ki sabse tez sarkar. It's the common tag for hundreds of banners and posters put up across the city by AAP to proclaim its achievements. The opposition parties scoff at AAP for 'running away from responsibility' by quitting government, but the rash of hoardings hailing the Kejriwal government for its achievements had started appearing even before he put in his papers: something which suggests that Kejriwal government may have made up its mind to quit and that, perhaps, the insistence on the passage of the Jan Lokpal Bill was part of the plan.
