While driving to the office, I found a strange hoarding staring me in the face. Seventh vetan aayog ke gatan pe shubhkamanyan is what the hoarding proclaimed to anyone who chose to look in its direction. The smiling visage of Rahul Gandhi and Ajay Maken stared back at me.
