Many rules have to be broken for Stadium Assembly session

The session of the Delhi Assembly at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium on 16 February to pass the proposed Jan Lokpal Bill promised by the Aam Aadmi Party government, is unlikely to take place. The AAP had earlier wanted to have the session at the Ramlila grounds but the Delhi government Cabinet on Friday decided to hold it at the stadium.
