Unnecessary power tussles in the capital

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is beginning to show an alarming need to have it both ways on every issue. His dharna against what he claimed was incompetence in the Delhi Police ranks came even though he blamed his own predecessor - who had as much control over the cops as he does; which is to say none - for the state of law enforcement in the capital.
