Congress red-faced: Andhra House rejects bifurcation

The rejection by the Andhra Pradesh Assembly of a Bill to create a new State of Telangana comes as a huge embarrassment to the Centre, and leaves it in a terrible dilemma on how to proceed with the issue now that the Legislators of a State which is to be bifurcated have voted against the move.
