Bharti tells DCW to go fly a kite

The Somnath Bharti show must go on, Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party had resolved on Thursday. Bharti needed no cue, cutting loose with a brand new episode on Friday as he was filmed having fun at a kite festival while the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) waited for the law minister to respond to its summons.
