Jharkhand: BJP upbeat, rivals on defensive

The BJP predictably endorsed the findings of the Lokniti-IBN National Tracker Poll which suggest that if the general elections take place in January 2014, the party is expected to garner 40 per cent of the votes in the State. The vote share can be considered massive and also unforeseen in the history of Jharkhand.
