Modi's grand visioin
The Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) prime ministerial choice Narendra Modi’s emphasis on development of infrastructure — including building “100 new cities” and a “bullet train quadrilateral” crisscrossing the country — is welcome as a general statement of intent. India, unlike China, does not have a problem of over-investment, manifested in shiny (if somewhat empty) airports, ghost cities, highways to nowhere, and steel mills that should never have been built.
