Delhi discoms prod govt for subsidy dues

The Arvind Kejriwal government's decision to increase the subsidy on power consumption up to 400 units has become a sore point with the power companies that are clamouring to be paid the subsidy dues for the October-December quarter along with advance payment for the current quarter.
