The Aam Aadmi Party's showman chief minister, Arvind Kejriwal, hasn't taken long to expose to the world that it's easier being a full-time agitator than the guardian of the fortunes of a city-state as diverse and complicated as Delhi. His ludicrous attempt at a public display of affection at the 'janata darbar,' which turned out to be a massive waste of time for the assembled ministers as well as the hapless people, was an example of needless dramatics.
