After Posco, get all big projects rolling

The Union environment ministry has finally given its clearance to South Korean steel giant Posco for its 12-million tonne `52,000-crore steel plant at Paradip in Orissa. The first of the three phases of the plant is expected to be commissioned in 2018. But considering the roller coaster experience of the steel giant in the past eight years since it first signed an MoU with the Orissa government in 2005, there is no gainsaying what might really happen.
