Only dynasty can save Congress!

Months before AAP and Delhi's assembly elections descended on India's political horizon, Rahul Gandhi had an inkling that Congress was in for a drubbing in the national capital. But he failed to salvage the situation. Last year he had handpicked 54 observers from AICC's talent pool to conduct a "discreet" survey in 540-odd Lok Sabha constituencies spread across the country, to identify winnable seats.
