Delhi law min scolds secy for not calling judges meet

A row has erupted between Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti and law secretary A S Yadav.Bharti reportedly rebuked Yadav last week when the latter expressed his inability to convene a meeting of all Delhi court judges at the state secretariat.
