AAP's water may not flow smooth

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has already announced its decision to provide 667 litres of "free water" daily per household in Delhi. But, despite getting the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) to follow suit, details of this programme will still have to be fleshed out.
