AAP calls for public vote on Army in Kashmir

Senior AAP leader Prashant Bhushan has called for a referendum in the Kashmir Valley on deciding whether the Army should remain in Jammu and Kashmir to deal with internal security threats. "People should be asked whether they want the Army to handle the internal security of Kashmir. Any decision which does not have the backing of the people is undemocratic.
