Eight fly-by-night firms run by unaccounted operators provided instant moolah to hydel firm Venture Energy and Technologies Pvt Ltd promoter Vakamulla Chandra Shekhar, who then allegedly "arranged" Rs 7.5cr for Himachal Pradesh chief minister Virbhadra Singh and three of his family members.
