When the 72-hour-old Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal rose to speak on a trust motion against his fledgling government on a sleepy Wednesday afternoon he knew the win was in the bag. But across the country, lakhs of people stopped to listen as national networks (it was webcast as well) broadcast the state assembly proceedings live.
