PM fudged facts on J&K

The UPA in its report card, released by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday, listed a ten-fold decline in militancy incidents in Jammu & Kashmir during its tenure as one of its achievements. But what it did not reveal was that there has been an over three-fold increase in the number of security personnel killed in 2013 as compared to 2012 and militants were also more successful in their infiltration attempts from across the border.
