PM sets stage for Modi vs Rahul battle

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday launched a direct attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP’s) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, saying it would be disastrous if he ascends to the country’s highest executive office, while ruling himself out for a third term in the job.
