India’s Pak follies

I have been associated with military operations in Kashmir from day one — October 27, 1947. I served for over a decade in different Army ranks and in all regions of Kashmir. I also served as governor of the state from 2003-2008. Based on this long and varied experience, I feel that we have been committing one folly after another and scoring repeated self-goals in Kashmir.
