No equitable distribution, so water sop just mirage

NEW DELHI: The supply of up to 20kl of free water will come as a relief to around 9 lakh families in the capital, but for all of Delhi's 1.32 crore people to benefit, the new government will have to ensure equitable distribution. And that's a promise that will take a while to fulfill.
