Modi, Rahul and the Indian voter

The past few days have seen two of the most powerful political leaders in India sending out important signals to the electorate ahead of the coming general election. Gujarat chief minister and Bharatiya Janata Party prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi wrote a blog on how deeply hurt he was after the 2002 riots in his state.
