New land law a setback to $1tn infra target: Experts

Criticising the new land law, experts and analysts have said it is body blow to the ambitious $1 trillion investment target for the infra sector during the 12th Plan as the new rules envisage high compensation and near-total consent from affected parties to acquire land.
