Consensus over land hell hole!

Who, if their hearts are in the right place, can fault the need to reinterpret “eminent domain” in a future-perfect sort of way.  And of course, we must integrate acquisition and resettlement & rehabilitation (R&R) under one umbrella policy. But all these compelling circumstances pale into insignificance if the The Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Bill, the poison pill pending before Parliament, sneaks into the statute.
