Food Bill: MSY's UP biggest beneficiary

Uttar Pradesh will be the biggest beneficiary of the food security scheme, getting foodgrain worth around Rs 9,000 crore every year for its poor, though Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Monday demanded a chief ministers' meeting on the issue. Earlier, Gujarat CM Narenra Modi too had raised a similar demand.
