PM wanted cabinet to OK pack with Abu Dhabi in Apr

The Prime Minister's Office on Tuesday issued elaborate clarifications intended to refute reports on differences between the PMO and Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh, but the exercise only served to muddy the waters as it became clear the prime minister had asked that a bilateral air services agreement with Abu Dhabi should be ratified by the Cabinet in April this year, something that has not yet happened.
