Ineligible Swan got 2G permits: Niira Radia

Former corporate lobbyist Niira Radia told the CBI Special Court on Tuesday that Swan Telecom was not eligible to receive the mobile permits it got in 2008 as there was a "public perception" it belonged to Anil Ambani-owned Reliance Communications.
