5% GDP below potential; policies needed to revive growth: Rajan

Terming the Central Statistical Organisation (CSO) estimate of 5% growth rate for this fiscal “below potential”, chief economic adviser Raghuram Rajan on Friday said the country needs to pursue policies to push growth to at least 8%.
