Only politics constrains India’s infrastructure

The key mandate of the High-Level Committee on Financing Infrastructure was to review the Planning Commission's sector-wise projected investments for the 12th Five-Year Plan, including the share of investments from the public and private sectors and make sectoral recommendations to accelerate investments. The committee submitted its interim report in October 2012.
