Trai blamed for 2G auction failure

A day after India's efforts to raise Rs 40,000 crore from the airwaves sale came a cropper, the focus has shifted to the role of sector regulator Trai, with top government officials and the industry blaming the high reserve price set by the watchdog for the dismal failure of the second-generation spectrum auctions.
