Cabinet clears GSM spectrum allocation for Tata Tele in Delhi, allows spectrum sharing between operators

Tata Teleservices will soon be able to launch GSM services in Delhi after the Union Cabinet on Thursday cleared the proposal to give start-up airwaves to the company in the national capital region without any additional charge.
